These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Artistic Construction (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Artistic Construction specializes in residential remodeling and custom home building. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Basement finishing
- Kitchen remodeling
- Bathroom renovations
- Home additions
- Custom home building
- Outdoor living spaces and hardscapes
We operate in Milton, Roswell, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, and Sandy Springs.
2. Service Agreement
By engaging our services, you agree to enter into a written agreement that outlines the scope, costs, and timeline of the project. All projects are customized based on the unique needs of each client.
3. Warranties
We provide a 1-year warranty on all work completed by Artistic Construction. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. Any claims under the warranty must be reported to us in writing within the warranty period. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, repair or replace the defective work at no additional cost to the client.
4. Payments
A detailed payment plan will be outlined in the service agreement. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement. Payments may include:
- Initial deposit before work commences
- Progress payments as specific milestones are achieved
- Final payment upon completion of the project
Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in delays or suspension of services.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations prior to the commencement of the project will result in a refund of any deposit paid, minus any expenses already incurred (e.g., material sourcing).
- If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be responsible for covering the cost of work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Custom materials that have already been ordered are non-refundable.
6. Limitations of Liability
Artistic Construction is not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, third-party suppliers, or circumstances outside our control.
- Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs made by the client or third parties.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing access to the property during normal working hours (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Ensuring the work area is clear of personal belongings.
- Promptly communicating any concerns or questions.
8. Third-Party Contractors
We may subcontract portions of the project to trusted third-party contractors. These subcontractors are bound by the same high standards of quality and professionalism that Artistic Construction upholds.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing any legal remedies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
