More house that looks like it belongs.
When moving isn’t the answer, we build the room addition you need in Woodstock, GA and across North Georgia, and tie it into your home so well, inside and out, that it looks like it was always there.
Grow without moving
The space you need, where you already love living.
An addition is one of the most complex things you can build: it has to match what’s there and stand on its own. We manage the structure, the rooflines and the finishes so the new space feels original to the house.
We’ve been adding on to homes in Woodstock, Alpharetta, Milton and the rest of North Georgia for 23 years, and we run the job to the schedule and the budget you agreed to before demolition starts.

Looks like it was always there
Tied in, inside and out.
The giveaway is usually the seam.
Matching brick and siding, blending rooflines, aligning floors and ceilings, tying into the existing foundation and systems, the details that make an addition disappear are exactly the ones we sweat. The result reads as one home, not a house with a bolt-on.
That includes hunting down the materials to match what’s already on the house: brick, siding profiles, trim, windows and flooring. It is the difference between an addition nobody notices and one everybody does.

From foundation to finish
The whole build, under one roof.
An addition is a full build in miniature: every trade a new house needs, on a fraction of the footprint, sequenced around a home you are still living in. We run the structural work ourselves and carry the job through to the last piece of trim, so there is one number to call the whole way.

Structural scope
The structural work, handled by us.
An addition lives or dies on what happens before the drywall. These four set the floor heights, the rooflines and the load paths everything after them has to follow.
Foundation & Slab
We pour footings and slabs sized for the new load, using proven techniques and quality materials so the addition sits on a base as solid as the rest of the house.
Demolition
We open the house up with care, protect what stays, and keep the site clean so the disruption is short and the start is smooth.
Framing
Precision framing sets the walls, floors and ceilings to line up with what is already there. No step down at the doorway, no sloped seam at the ceiling.
Roofing
New roof structure tied into your existing rooflines, with premium shingles and flashing matched so the transition reads as one roof.
How it goes
From idea to integrated.
Consultation
We assess your home, your goals and what’s feasible structurally, on your lot and inside your setbacks.
Design & Permits
Architectural drawings, structural engineering, permit submissions and county coordination, with a clear, itemized estimate.
Demolition
We open up cleanly and safely, protecting the rest of your home as we go.
Build
Foundation through finishes, tied into your home, with a photo update each day.
Walkthrough
We confirm the new space matches the rest of your home, seam to seam, and pass final inspection.
In their words
Built like it belongs.
They made my dream kitchen, master bath and separate garage apartment a reality. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.
We’ve worked with them twice for pretty big renovations, quality work, completed within our aggressive timelines.
Willing to take on projects we hadn’t anticipated and find the best solutions.
Our project was quite big, a spacious terrace level with a large master suite, two more rooms, gourmet kitchen, family room, sunroom and laundry. All quality work. Highly recommend for any job.
As soon as Bobby left, we knew he was our guy. Responsive, available 24/7, and patient with our questions, we’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Home addition FAQ.
Do I need permits for a home addition?+
Yes. Home additions require building permits in Georgia, and we handle the whole process for you: plan development, submissions and coordination with the county building department. Architectural drawings and structural engineering are coordinated as part of the project, and we work with building departments throughout North Georgia, so we know what each jurisdiction asks for.
How long does a home addition take?+
It depends on size and complexity. A single room addition usually runs 8 to 12 weeks, while a second story or a full suite can take several months. We map the schedule before we start and give you a realistic timeline at your first consultation.
What types of additions do you build?+
In-law suites, master bedroom additions, family room additions, bathroom additions, sunroom and screen room additions, second-story additions, garage additions, home office additions, front and rear decks, and custom room additions built around how you actually use the house.
Will my addition match my existing home?+
That’s the goal. We match the architecture, roofing, siding, windows, floors and interior finishes so the new space reads as original to the house instead of a bolt-on.
How do you handle setback requirements?+
During planning we verify your property’s setbacks and design the addition to comply. If what you want doesn’t fit inside the minimums, we’ll walk you through the variance process with your local zoning board.
What’s involved in the home addition process?+
Design consultation and feasibility, code-compliant architectural drawings, permit applications and approval coordination, foundation work and structural framing, roofing, siding and exterior finishing, full electrical, plumbing and HVAC, interior finishing including drywall, flooring and trim, then a final walkthrough and inspection.
Can I stay in my home during construction?+
In most cases, yes. We seal off the work area and sequence the build to keep your home livable throughout.
What areas do you serve?+
We build additions from Woodstock, GA across North Georgia, including Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Johns Creek, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Canton, Cumming and Marietta.
