We transform houses into spaces that fit real life.
With over 23 years of experience, our family-owned business has remodeled and built homes across Woodstock and the surrounding area, everything from a single-room remodel to a ground-up custom home.
We treat your home as if it were our own, and we’re in it for the long relationship, not the quick job. Working directly with you, no layers of overhead, we build a custom budget program around what you actually want to spend.

The founder
Founded in Woodstock by Bobby Gwynn in 2003.
Artistic Construction was founded in Woodstock, Georgia in 2003 by Bobby Gwynn, a third-generation builder who has led the company ever since. In 23 years he has overseen more than 5,000 residential remodels across North Atlanta, including hundreds of finished basements.
He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Flagler College and a Georgia real-estate license, so he reads a remodel as a set of numbers before he reads it as a set of finishes. Budgets are clear on day one, with no surprise costs later, and the real-estate background tells him which renovations hold their value.
People worry about hidden costs and missed deadlines. We eliminate that stress with transparent quotes and daily updates.
What we’re about
The standard behind every project.
Who We Are
A family company
Georgia-based and family-founded, specializing in home renovations and custom builds across North Georgia.
Our Mission
Relationships first
Do good work, keep our word, and treat the people we build for like neighbors, because most of them are.
Our Vision
Lead the field
To be the remodeler North Georgia recommends first, the one homeowners call back and tell their neighbors about.
How we work
Straightforward, and client-focused.
Our approach is simple: hold every project to the same standard, from the first walkthrough to the last.
Detail-Oriented
The small stuff gets the same attention as the big stuff. It’s what you notice a year later.
Practical Problem-Solving
When a project throws a curveball, and they do, we find the fix that works, not the one that’s easiest for us.
Client-Focused
You work directly with the people running your job, and questions get answered the same day.
Superior Materials
Good materials are the default, not an upsell, including the ones behind the drywall you’ll never see.
We Stand By Our WorkDesigns you can afford
A one-year warranty on every project.
Our written one-year warranty means that if something needs attention after the crew leaves, we come back and handle it. No arguing, no runaround. It’s in writing for a reason.
Each project starts with a custom budget program built around what you can spend. Because every build is designed to that number from the start, you never fall for a plan you can’t actually afford to finish.

In their words
Why people keep calling us back.
From start to finish, Bobby, Josue, and their crew exhibited exceptional professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to delivering quality service.
There may be a miscommunication or two with this kind of work. However, Bobby made everything right immediately and exceeded all of our expectations. We could not be happier.
They were great at problem solving, listening to my requests and making my dream kitchen, master bath and separate garage apartment a reality. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.
