Woodstock home remodeling, from a mile down the road.
Our home base. We’ve been remodeling and building in Woodstock since 2003, and our office is right here on Hickory Flat Highway.
Your Woodstock contractor
Two decades on Hickory Flat Highway.
Our office is on Hickory Flat Highway, a few minutes from most of the sites we run. We’ve built here since 2003, and a lot of the work still comes from a neighbor who watched the last one go up.
You see a line-by-line price before demo day, a photo from the site every working day, and a one-year written warranty when the punch list closes.

Why we stayed
Why build in Woodstock?
Our hometown keeps landing on lists of the best places to live in Georgia. This is what that looks like from inside the houses.
Downtown Woodstock & The Park
An award-winning downtown anchored by The Park at City Center green, Reformation Brewery’s flagship and MadLife Stage & Studios, with concerts and festivals on Main Street all year.
Cherokee County Schools
The Cherokee County School District serves the city, with Woodstock, Etowah and River Ridge high schools in or near town and consistently strong ratings.
I-575 & Quick Atlanta Access
I-575 runs the length of the city with several exits; downtown Atlanta is about 30 miles south, and the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta sit right off the highway.
Greenprints Trails & Olde Rope Mill
The Noonday Creek Trail and Greenprints network link neighborhoods to downtown; Olde Rope Mill Park offers Little River access and popular mountain-bike trails.
Concerts, Festivals & Markets
Friday-night concerts on The Park, the summer concert series, the Woodstock Farmers Market and a packed festival calendar make downtown a year-round draw.
One of Georgia’s Most-Wanted Suburbs
Repeatedly ranked among the best places to live in Georgia; steady growth and downtown investment keep values climbing and renovations paying off at resale.
What we do in Woodstock
Everything we build in our hometown.
What we build in Woodstock
Basements, kitchens and everything after.

Basements & lower levels
Lower levels around Towne Lake.
From Towne Lake to the neighborhoods around downtown Woodstock, we turn unfinished lower levels into the most-used rooms in the house.
Moisture control and egress get handled before any finish goes in, because a lower level that still takes water will ruin the drywall you just paid for. Framing, electrical, lighting and flooring follow in that order.
Kitchens, baths & home additions
One room, or the whole floor plan.
As your hometown builder since 2003, we remodel kitchens and baths and build additions and custom homes across Woodstock and Towne Lake.
Most kitchens here run about eight weeks and baths average forty-five days, with one crew lead you can call for the length of the job.
