Artistic Construction is a Woodstock home remodeling contractor with an office on Hickory Flat Highway, a few minutes from most of the sites we run. Since 2003 we’ve remodeled kitchens, bathrooms and basements here, built additions and custom homes, and run whole-house renovations. A lot of the work still comes from a neighbor who watched the last one go up.
On every renovation you see a line-by-line price before demo day, a photo from the site every working day, and a one-year written warranty when the punch list closes.

Basements & lower levels
Lower levels around Towne Lake.
From Towne Lake to the neighborhoods around downtown Woodstock, we turn unfinished lower levels into the most-used rooms in the house.
Moisture control and egress get handled before any finish goes in, because a lower level that still takes water will ruin the drywall you just paid for. Framing, electrical, lighting and flooring follow in that order.
Kitchens

Most kitchens here run six to eight weeks, with one crew lead you can call for the length of the job.
Bathrooms

Eagle Watch and Deer Run went up through the 1990s. Their primary baths, and the hall baths built the same year, are due for new showers, tile and vanities.
Plumbing is done by state-licensed, insured specialists, and most baths take about forty-five days from demo to the last fixture.

On that ground an addition is a foundation job first, so we price the footings at the start. One fixed price covers footings through finishes.

Our office is here, so we know which office permits which street. One fixed-price contract covers the lot through the certificate of occupancy.
